How do I cancel, change from virtual to in-person, in-person to virtual, or provide a substitute for my conference registration?

Does attending the conference grant me professional development points?

Yes, attendees will earn one point per educational session (maximum 24 hours/points) toward the maintenance of APICS CPIM, CFPIM, CSCP or CLTD designations at the ASCM CONNECT Annual Conference. Letters will be sent electronically after the conference and can be accessed upon completion of a short survey.

Why am I not being offered discounted pricing?

Only ASCM members can take advantage of member pricing. To receive the member discount, please become an ASCM member before registering.

When will I receive my conference badge?

Attendees will receive their registration confirmation electronically. Badges can be picked up onsite at check-in.

Will there be free Wi-Fi in the Convention Center?

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available.

What is the dress code for the conference?

We suggest business casual.

Will breakfast be served?

Breakfast is not provided, although there are several food and beverage options at the hotels and nearby.

Is there wheelchair accessibility throughout the venue?

Yes. The conference sessions will take place in a venue that accommodates wheelchairs. The hotel has accessible rooms available for attendees. Please contact the Hyatt Regency Chicago directly for assistance.

Self-parking and valet parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Additional paid parking is available nearby.

What is the COVID-19 safety policy?

The top priority of APICS, Inc., d/b/a The Association for Supply Chain Management (“ASCM”), is protecting the health, safety, and welfare of all who attend ASCMConnect, including but not limited to our members, directors, attendees, presenters, and employees. Federal, state, and local restrictions related to limiting exposure to COVID-19 and protecting the health and safety of individuals change rapidly, and ASCM cannot predict what protective measures the CDC, State of Illinois and/or City of Chicago will require at the time of the annual conference in September, 2022. We are committed to ensuring that, minimally, restrictions the State of Illinois and City of Chicago have in place at the time of our event will be followed. These may include, but are not limited to, the wearing of masks indoors and social distancing measures.
