Applicants must submit a minimum of 100 points from APICS certifications earned and at least two other categories to apply. Supporting documentation must be submitted for every activity claimed. If the documentation isn't in English, a translation is required. All qualifying activities with the exception of APICS exams must have occurred within 3 years of the application date. Earn points for educational presentations and webinars given either before an ASCM or non-ASCM audience, including ASCM CONNECT Conference presentations, ASCM national or regional conference talks, non-ASCM conferences or workshop presentations.
Eligible works include books, dissertations, white papers, theses and articles/book chapters. All publications should clearly be within the APICS Body of Knowledge and must be published or available by a 3rd party.
Main instructors can claim 1 point per hour of instruction. Co-instructors can claim 0.5 points per hour of instruction. The content must be relevant to the APICS Body of Knowledge.
Earn points for officially sanctioned ASCM volunteer activities either at ASCM Headquarters or at the ASCM Chapter, Partner, or Forum level. Activities include serving on the ASCM Board; serving on ASCM certification, courseware or special committees; item writing; mentoring or a non-paid volunteer position at the ASCM Chapter, Partner, or Forum level.
To maintain your hard-earned APICS Fellow designation, you must participate in the APICS Certification Maintenance program.
