When does registration close for this event?

Registration for access to the live stream of ASCM CONNECT Virtual closes on Thursday, September 10th, 2020. Registration for access to ASCM CONNECT Virtual on demand will be available through Friday, October 16, 2020.

Will I get credit for attending ASCM CONNECT Virtual Conference?

Attendees of the ASCM CONNECT Virtual conference will receive a total of 12 professional development points during the live event. As part of the registration, attendees will also have access to 20 additional hours with ASCM CONNECT+, a series of smaller events taking place every two months during the next year, for a total of up to 32 professional development hours/points.

Professional development hours/points will count toward certification maintenance of your CPIM, CSCP, CLTD and/or APICS Fellows level certifications.

What if I cannot participate in the live conference?

ASCM CONNECT Virtual will be available on demand for 30 days following the live stream through the ASCM Events app.

Can I share my virtual conference log in with other members of my team?

Individual log ins will be provided to all attendees. In order to access the conference and to be eligible for professional development points toward your certification maintenance, you will need to have your own log in.

Will attendees be able to ask questions or participate during the sessions?

Attendees will be able to submit questions during each session and will be provided a follow-up answer or directed to another resource for additional information.

How will networking work during ASCM CONNECT?

By downloading and creating your profile within the app, you will be able to connect with other attendees (with their permission) in the following ways:

  • By clicking on their name/profile, you can message other attendees and participate in 1:1 conversation.
  • By clicking on the ASCM CONNECT Community link, you will be able to join in on group discussions with other participants.
  • In the activity feed, you will be able to post, comment or like posts submitted by others.

How do I access the ASCM Events App?

If you had downloaded the app during a past event, you will need to delete that app and download our new and improved one. Access to the app will be available the first week of September. You can access the ASCM Events App in the Apple App Store or Google Play. A web browser version of the app will be available closer to the event.

Will I have access to the session recordings and presentation slides?

All conference content, including recordings of educational sessions, will be available in the ASCM Events app. Content will be available on demand for 30 days following the live stream.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

All substitutions must be made in writing via email to ascm_registration@goeshow.com or via mail to 5 Executive Court, Suite 2, South Barrington, IL 60010. Substitution requests must be submitted on or before August 13, 2020.

What is your cancellation policy?

Requests for cancellation of registration must be made in writing via email to ascm_registration@goeshow.com or via mail to 5 Executive Court, Suite 2, South Barrington, IL 60010, on or before August 13, 2020. No refunds will be allowed after August 13, 2020. Refunds will not be given for a failure to attend, late arrival, or connection issues. No refunds will be allowed after August 13, 2020.

No refunds or cancellations will be given for membership purchases during registration.

What time zone is ASCM CONNECT Virtual taking place in?

All sessions will be scheduled from 12:00 – 4:00 PM EDT (GMT – 4). To accommodate participants in other time zones and those with other conflicts, all sessions will be available on demand after the close of the event.

What if I am currently registered for the conference in New Orleans but I want to switch to the virtual?

You may choose to transfer your existing registration to ASCM CONNECT Virtual by filling out this form. Transfers and refunds will be processed on or after August 13, 2020. If a hotel reservation was made, it is the responsibility of each attendee to cancel it. If the reservation was booked using our online booking tool you may contact our hotel booking partner via email at ASCM@experient-inc.com or by calling Customer Service at (800) 424-5250 or for International registrants, please call +1 (847) 996-5880.
